    If I could give 0 stars I would. Maybe it’s this branch in specific. Absolutely one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. As a first-time auto buyer, I applied for a small auto loan and was initially contacted with excitement that I was approved. Since then, the entire process has been nothing but frustrating and misleading. I worked directly with Lisa at the branch, who consistently provided incorrect information and appeared unknowledgeable and unprepared. I escalated the issue and spoke with the assistant manager (Kayla), the branch manager (Emily), and was even told I would hear from the VP of Lending (David), which has still not happened. Despite receiving multiple approvals, I was later told my loan “should never have been approved,” which is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I was close to funding a vehicle before discovering it was a lemon, and since then I’ve added a co-buyer and submitted every document requested—only to continue receiving conflicting information and delays. I am in a difficult position and genuinely need reliable transportation. Providing false hope, inconsistent communication, and a complete lack of accountability from multiple levels of leadership is unacceptable. This experience has shown a serious lack of professionalism, knowledge, and respect for members.

    Love this branch! Always friendly and greet me by name. Branch manager Emily, is always helpful and is knowledgeable and efficient in getting loans completed or any banking questions I may have. I switched from Bank of Oklahoma 15years ago and have never looked back .Com fed credit union is the only bank I use for my loans . (Home and auto )

    LISA STORIE! If you need a car loan from someone who answers all your questions, responds QUICKLY to messages, and generally makes you feel appreciated... Lisa is your person!!! I can't recommend her enough!
