- BJBrent W JonesSep 27, 20255.0I've always felt early on that CFCU was working with me. for me. and helping me with financial goals. Their mobile banking app is better than BOK, or even Chase due to the freedom to have hands on decision you actually execute. The inside staff and phone staff are always helpful and solution oriented. Lastly, if you have the misfortune of unauthorized charges or similar issues CFCU investigates the dispute and rather timely manner gives you the results. Keep in mind when CFCU refunds these it may well be a loss to them but it shows their committment to ethical financial practices. The addition of an inhouse fard maker means you can replace list cards quickly if you swing by a branch. I use the 89th Street branch, great location for me abd very disability friendly parking, doors, and layout. Professor Jones
