- SSSamanthaJul 9, 20251.0Long-Time Customer Deeply Disappointed If you call this bank, be aware that the main number may route you directly to a loan officer’s desk. I was shocked when the person who answered immediately started yelling at me, stating that I had reached the loan officer line—not a receptionist or teller. I was simply trying to return a call from a manager, but he refused to let me speak and continued shouting instead of helping or transferring me. I called back and reached a teller (name started with a D), explained what happened, and mentioned the call routing issue. She brushed it off and also refused to connect me to the manager. When I finally did get through, the manager was just as dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve banked here for over 15 years and have never experienced such poor treatment. It’s incredibly disappointing that both a loan officer and a manager thought it was acceptable to speak to a loyal customer this way. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When my father passed away they were very helpful and explaining in detail what steps we needed to take to manage his accounts. They were very understanding and patient while we gathered the needed documents and have been able to help every time I have called them. Whether in person or over the phone I have appreciated their professionalism, understanding, and kindness.
