- LGLilia GarciaDec 30, 20251.0This branch I go through the drive through. I pull up the only car no one even bothers to greet. After 5 mts I ring for service. Than wait for them to process because they say there buisy. Yesterday I went through drive thru they said they were busy and only two cars yet they made us wait 18mts. Is just poor customer service.

When I asked why would it take so long (I’ve had to get them before), she told me that’s how long it takes to pull them up in the system????? And, she also told me that it was bc she was the only one there, but there was a supervisor sitting at a desk just watching that didn’t offer to help. Maybe I should put my money in a bank that has time to help me with the simplest tasks. Now I have to find another day that I have time to go back. BOK is really starting to go downhill.
