- CCCJul 9, 20251.0I’ve been a loyal BOK customer for over 15 years and have always spoken highly of this bank—until now. On June 19th, I had a meeting with branch manager Roger to resolve an issue with my account. He assured me the issue was fixed. However, I wasn’t notified until July 3rd—nearly three weeks later—that the issue was not resolved at all. When I asked Roger about it, he became defensive and rude instead of taking accountability. I do not appreciate being lied to—especially directly to my face by a manager. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issue here. It’s starting to feel like misleading customers is standard practice at this branch.
