- AWAdam WoodJul 15, 20241.0I went there to cash a check from a customer of mine. It was her bank and she made a typo on the check that was wrote out to me. She asked to have them call her if any issues were to arise. I went to her bank for this reason. I presented the check and told them what she said. They replied back in a very unprofessional and rude way and asked if I was their customer. I stated I was not. They then informed me for a check that that amount, I would have to come inside, Show additional forms of i.d. , and then they would charge me $6.50. I politely responded no thank you and I would go elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and rudness quite frankly set me back knowing your in the business for customer service. I would hope, this isn't the norm.
