- MWMelba WynnJun 3, 20251.0The drive-thru was experience was extremely totally unacceptable today! After accepting my card and having me wait over 10 minutes I called to see what the problem was. I was told that they were busy! They could have said something in the time that I was waiting or at least sent my card and id back!! It was 16 minutes before even being acknowledged!
- WTWillie ThielekeMay 31, 20255.0I just recently opened up a checking account at the Bank of Oklahoma on State Street in Muskogee Oklahoma and the last couple of days and the very kind and very polite very professional Mrs. Stephanie Lewis was the very nice lady that helped me she had me all fixed up and everything done in a very short amount of time and I am very happy with everything I've had other people tell me that Bank of Oklahoma is the bank to use and I'm very happy that I did yes definitely a very good Bank of course and very good people
