I was told that they were busy! They could have said something in the time that I was waiting or at least sent my card and id back!! It was 16 minutes before even being acknowledged!
- WTWillie ThielekeMay 31, 20255.0I just recently opened up a checking account at the Bank of Oklahoma on State Street in Muskogee Oklahoma and the last couple of days and the very kind and very polite very professional Mrs. Stephanie Lewis was the very nice lady that helped me she had me all fixed up and everything done in a very short amount of time and I am very happy with everything I've had other people tell me that Bank of Oklahoma is the bank to use and I'm very happy that I did yes definitely a very good Bank of course and very good people

- KDKenneth DiggsJan 8, 20191.0My wife and I have purchased 2 homes using Bank Of Oklahoma, we even refinanced both. This was what I thought a great mortgage institution. UNTIL!!!! We were on vacation and family matters when our pay off was suppose to happen. The final payment was less than the normal payment and instead of them taking the money out of our account since we had automatic deduction. They sent a letter letting us know it was less. We weren't home to see this letter, so Bank of Oklahoma turned my wife and I into the credit bureau as being over 30 days late. (Last payment wasn't even $400) Yes you heard me. We paid EVERY month on time NEVER being late. Gave them well over 100K and this is the way they treated us. I can see you needing our permission if the last payment was OVER the payment amount we gave permission to be taken, BUT this was a lesser payment. When we returned home and saw the letter my wife asked if they would take the bad report back, the answer was NO, you have to take it up with the Credit Bureau. Then when I failed the disagreement with the bureau, Bank of Oklahoma stood by the over 30 day late payment. My credit score dropped from 820 to 764 all because of this. You would think that a customer with a PERFECT pay status would deserve at least a phone call before doing this, or at least they would drop the late when the credit bureau asked them. I will NEVER use them again and Warning to you, DON'T EVER USE THIS INSTITUTION for MORTGAGE!!!!!!!!
