- ALAsh LeyJul 28, 20251.0I filled out all of the information online. Obviously, it takes forever. I chose to get cash in person so it said I had to finish in person. I grabbed all my documents and went in person. I gave them my bank account, my PayPal transactions account, my PayPal debit as I get paid through my employer through PayPal. I got there and she told me I needed to refill out my information because they don’t work with their online lendnation. I explained to her why I showed her the PayPal and bank. I sat there and filled out all my information again and as I finished she turns to her co worker and asks if a PayPal bank is accepted. They said no. So even though I had everything they needed they turned me down because I “get paid through PayPal.” I was silent and frustrated as she said “sorry.” And, slowly slid my stuff back towards me. I grabbed my stuff to leave and she waited until I got to the door to say “don’t you want your debit card back?” What’s the point in going online to fill out information and getting accepted online but then saying they don’t have access to that and then turning people down because of how they get paid? Not to mention they all seemed snooty. Would never recommend someone come here. Second time I’ve tried in 2 years and there’s always some reason why they can’t help.
