Just went in to get a Bank Endorsement on an Insurance check. Had to wait several minutes while the one teller in duty was on the phone while there was at least 2 other bank employees with no customers. Then I find out there is no availability to get the endorsement done at the moment and would have to make an appointment and come back while at least 2 other bank employees in plain sight with no customers. Poor time management equals bad customer service!

Without a doubt, the worst experience and service I have ever seen at a bank. They had one teller with over 10 people in line and were taking close to 20 minutes to help each person then when one of the four people that was sitting in their office finally came out to help. They decided to be rude and condescending to people who had been sitting there for an over in half an hour, just to cash a check.
