- ABaNTONIO b6 days ago1.0Went in for a simple sign off on the checks my insurance sent for roof damage. Easy pie the first time. Come in today. Guy’s just sitting there shuffling a a few papers while there’s folks needing his assistance. I ask if he can help me n he tells me I need an appointment. Trust me - it does not look like a busy place at all. Two other folks asked him for assistance n they’re still sitting waiting 10 minutes later. I absolutely do not feel that anyone other than the two ladies at the counter, are helping out the line of folks needing assistance. Is this guy like a gatekeeper? This place is so slow you’d think these folks sitting at these desks would help people. 100% if you come to this bank location, just go straight to the ladies helping out at the counter. They’re the ones that do the work!!

Then a line of 4-5 customers waiting on the 1 guy teller. The teller was rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me. Then was rude with me, and couldn’t help me. So I took my business elsewhere to someone who was eager to hold my trust account.

Had to wait several minutes while the one teller in duty was on the phone while there was at least 2 other bank employees with no customers. Then I find out there is no availability to get the endorsement done at the moment and would have to make an appointment and come back while at least 2 other bank employees in plain sight with no customers. Poor time management equals bad customer service!
