Although I usually only visit about once a month; he remembers me. I am very impressed with him. Other tellers have been great as well. They are constantly having new faces. In my opinion they look at customers as just a number. My review is based on BOK as a whole, and , we have several banks we use and BOK is by far the worst. That being said Rachel and Dedi have been amazing. (I’ve never met them but they were great on the phone)

I have been to banks before where they try to push extra stuff and services that you don't want or need. Bank of Oklahoma is NOT like that at all. They are truly there for you and what is best for you. I would definitely recommend this bank for anyone looking for a great bank.
