They refuse to accept legal paperwork and do not really want to do anything. No wonder there is never anyone in there. They act like they are mad at the world. What they need to realize is they are bad for business and they can be replaced. They are just employees with bad attitudes! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I'm not sure why they are always mad but everytime I have to go into the bank they act mad and definitely not very friendly. Because I have been a customer for so long I have dreaded looking for another bank but after my recent visit into the branch it has finally pushed me over the edge. I will be searching for another bank because there has to be a bank that appreciates their customers.
