- TCTerry CouchmanJan 2, 20261.0The bank of Eufaula regularly allows my debit cards to get hacked and every time it happens, I have to visit them in person to attempt to get it corrected, confirmed, and managed .What they do is, a few weeks later, they pay the people off that hacked my account and several companies have done so and without warning, my bank account turns to disaster. I get ISF charges. They remove my debit card from me every time I came in to address the issue and they charge me ten dollars for another card and after I go through this with them enough times, ( four times) they completely deny me a debit card altogether.? They will not allow me to continue with my online banking ether . This bank has been a total disaster for me because they make it practically impossible to manage my account because of all the hacking they allow to take place.

But wherever we go we are treated with respect and extremely personalized service. I trust this bank with my money, and love my relationship with all the people at the Eufaula branch.

They refuse to accept legal paperwork and do not really want to do anything. No wonder there is never anyone in there. They act like they are mad at the world. What they need to realize is they are bad for business and they can be replaced. They are just employees with bad attitudes! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
