- MWMadison WalterscheidJul 17, 20181.0OKCU offers an online sign up service which seems as though it would be a quick and easy way to sign up for a bank account. However, this was the slowest process i could’ve imagined. It took my 3 entire weeks to open a bank account which included emails sent back and forth multiple times, going into a branch because of things they couldn’t get figured out and then hvaing to do the process i had already done online at the bank because the employees were not on the same page. I had picked out a design of a debit card online and received one that wasn’t even an option. I had to wait days to get emails back. I was over all very dissatisfied with opening an account and I’m just hoping that the rest of my time with OKCU isn’t so incredibly frustrating.
