Recently, they notified me they had detected suspicious activity on my debit card. Fortunately, they have several branches where I could go get a new card right then and there--instead of having to wait several days for a new one to be mailed to me. They even have a local branch that is open on Sundays, so I didn't even have to wait another day. Unfortunately, when I got there, their computer system was down (hey, it happens!), but instead of just telling me to check back later, they took my name and number so they could call me when it was back up. Amazing!!!
