I was greeted by a teller as soon as I entered the lobby. I went to her window and explained exactly what I needed. She confirmed what I needed and, within one minute, she was counting out the cash to me. We spent a couple more minutes chatting and I left. The visit went smoothly with no problems. MidFirst is a great bank that takes care of their customers.
