    My husband and I are very pleased with the outstanding customer service at this location. Irene Mageka and her team are very professional, polite, respectful and will go extra mile to make sure they are giving you the assistance that you need. We do not want to bank at any other location but this one. Keep it up - you guys are doing a fantastic job!

    The lobby has such an aggressive scent. I can’t stand to go inside this location. Get rid of the overly strong artificial scent please.

    The most unprofessional experience I have ever had dealing with a financial institution. I have never heard of an account being flagged for fraud and to never even have the financial institution call, text, email, fax or do anything to let the account holder know that their account is unusable. Allowing bills to go unpaid… left me stranded in Kansas with no ability to use my debit card to refill my fuel tank. After 7 phone calls, 5 days no answers, 3 in store visits… all becuase Irene the manager at the Edmond Santa Fe location refuses to take responsibility or to even let their customer know about potential issues with their account. I still have yet to receive my call back from her even after 4 or 5 different manager call back requests, one of which was in person where I physically wrote my number on an note card for Irene to call me back with absolutely no luck. I would highly recommend banking with a professional institution as opposed to MidFirst bank.
