- JHJennifer HallenbeckDec 22, 20251.0My husband and I have had several strange experiences with this location but today was by far, the most concerning. I was greeted by a young woman, (Jessica?) who spoke so loudly that all information I gave her was shared with everyone in the bank. She asked me what I needed and I informed her. Instead of assisting she treated me as if I was a criminal by immediately asking me why I needed a new card. She asked in a derogatory and aggressive manner. It was concerning. Is this my bank? Is this my money? She finally asked for the information that other bankers in my life, had always asked me for before accusing me of criminal activity. I handed her the documents and she disappeared and proceeded to wait on the customers at the drive through window. She did not inform me that she would be doing this. I did not see her for some time. A line formed behind me. There was about 4 people, plus me. When she finally came back she said, (with a loud booming voice) I need a 4 digit pin. She looked at me for a response. I told her I couldn’t give the entire room my pin. Then, she proceeded to hand me the keyboard with a smirk. She said, Well, it’s why I was going to ask you to put it in the keyboard. I’ve dealt with one other young man who had narcissistic tendencies and lied about account dealings at this bank. I am wondering if the manager is behind these kids? Concerning.

It's certainly caused me a lot of stress though. Right now I can't download TurboTax because "fraud alert" declined the charge. Every year for at least 15 years I have bought TurboTax on Amazon using this account. What makes "fraud alert" decline this transaction? And what kind of loser criminal would use a stolen debit card to buy TurboTax anyway. This is so stupid.
