When I expressed that this seemed unprofessional, she dismissed my concerns and said it was standard practice for management. After confirming with other bank representatives and local banks that this is not typical, I tried to explain that office lines can be forwarded to cellphones. Tammy became defensive, raised her voice, and insisted—incorrectly—that this isn’t possible. Her tone was hostile and unprofessional. I expected better from someone in a management position.
