Nick walked me through the entire process taking extra time to explain the things I wasn't familiar with. He has already updated me on our progress and makes it a goal to touch base quarterly. He's definitely not a hands off adviser. Previously I just got a paper statement periodically from my advisers with another company, this is much more comprehensive and I have a say so in where my money goes as well as someone that will work with me and guide me through what the market is doing and our long term outcome expectations.
