    Give Julian a raise! He dealt with my anxious self today and was funny and personable. Totally recommend. I'll be switching all my accounts to Communication!

    The personnel working in this bank establishment is beyond incompetent. I come from a 3rd world country, and you would expect that type of service from a lower class of ranking service delivery. This is day 22 of still waiting for my bank card. I placed my request on 3 July 25. On numerous follow ups, being placed on holds, they finally tell me the 18th July that no one has actioned my request. Today is the 24th of July. I am now still waiting as they did not consider this a situation that warrants a faster delivery. While still without a card, they also managed to close the previous card, which means I am literally stranded and blocked from my money being used day to day via Venmo, Cash App, etc. I am staying in Wisconsin with no CFCU bank in this state. They have left me stranded and isolated. I've told them numerous times that they just DON'T CARE, about their clients as they slam the phone in my ear. I WILL be closing my account with this incompetent banking establishment that just DOESN'T CARE about service delivery, as long as they work their hours and get their pay. This bank is a HELL NO from me.

    I have been with these guys for at least 35 years. Why? Because they care about their people, and they work hard to make things happen for us. They are friendly and I feel more like I'm dealing with my friends than strangers. It's my money. I'd much rather have friends helping me with such an important part of my life. And when a charge comes through that they are concerned about, they have called me immediately to make sure it was me. I like that. It might be a hassle, but it's important that they are paying attention--just in case I'm not.

    Always end up talking to Caleb and he is honestly just class. Never a day that he's given me bad service and I've been with them for 2 years, great guy!
