I had called another location first and was kind of given the runaround, saying my call would be returned by the correct person shortly, but hours passed, I called back, and was told the same thing again. I am grateful for that, or else I wouldn’t have called this location a couple of hours later and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stormy. I don’t think there’s another person on this planet that could make dealing with fraud, having to close your bank account and open a new one, a pleasant experience. She was so empathetic, compassionate, and just genuinely kind. She went above and beyond making sure she explained each detail thoroughly and even checked to make sure I had the best type of checking account. I met the manager as well and she was also very sweet, but her name escapes me. I’ll never step foot in a different bank and will always recommend this one!
