This location doesn't have a damn clue what they are doing i have had a problem with all 5 times I needed a card it some how never gets ordered completely or some bs story they tell me they also let my card expire after I had went there the day before and showed them my card they assured me that they always stay on top of it and that they make sure to have you one sent out before yours wasn't valid which was a damn lie I was shut out of my account because my card because expired right before I had to go out of town. Family has just as many problems as well ducks because we all live in Bixby and half to deal with their crap here and their. (Location is a waste of time go to a different bank or a Tulsa location might be inconvenient but it's not worth the run around.)
