- DFDaniel FowlerApr 7, 20232.0Unexplained fees out of nowhere, on any account, and when you call and ask about the fees all they say is "I'll refund the money to your account" with no actual explanation. Was told I could get the secured credit card to help build my credit. So I deposited $600 into the account and applied...... Just to be denied which hurt my credit. A while later I tried again and got approved. Now after never once having a late payment, any time I use over 30% of my credit limit, they immediately report it to the credit bureau.... But I've had a zero balance for over a week now and the haven't reported that to the credit bureau at all. And if you max out your card on a weekend, and then pay it off 100%, then use more before Monday...they immediately tell the credit bureau that you have an outstanding balance of more than your credit limit until at least Tuesday or Wednesday. Don't recommend.
