Recently we met Stephen Osei and he helped us with some great rates on our accounts and for our 2 sons. We ended up opening new accounts and moving from another bank. Mostly we appreciate his positivity and friendly demeanor. Always smiling and accomodating! We are recommending him to friends. 'Personal' banking is not dead! Kudos to your HR staff for hiring bright and personable people.
