Today I tried this Key Bank branch to close out a deacesed person's accounts. They were thorough, but quick and efficient. It was the smoothest transaction I've ever had with Key Bank. Thank you for making it easy.

While I appreciate the thorough security precautions they take, it certainly makes it very difficult to help my elderly mother who can’t speak English. Spent 30mins and a translator service later on the call just for the teller to say the ACH routing on the App is different than the desktop version. Really?!?!? How will you solve my issue of late fee for her loan caused by your lack of better UX!!! Welcome to 2024 KeyBank!
