- JTJason TraceySep 30, 20191.0Wait times at the teller drop and out of order ATMs are probably the worst issues face to face with the branches. My larger issue is the customer service reps you call into. Back story: they randomly sent me a new debit on 9/15. Called in asking why since I have a whole year left on the old card. They proceed to tell me my account has been disabled since June, odd since I'm still using it 3 months later and even worse that I'm just hearing about it now. They can't tell me why it was disabled then and there is no way I should still be able to use my current debit. Also, since the new card they sent had my old account # I can't use it. They immediately deactivate my debit card at the most inconvenient time of the month and tell me to wait 5-7 days for another to come in with a new number, refusing to overnight one unless I give them $50... If you enjoy inconveniences and miscommunications such as this after being a member for 15+ years then this is an excellent bank to join. I've made the switch to an online bank and will be using it going forward.
