- SSSandra SkoroOct 28, 20251.0I opened my bank accounts as an employee of Key Bank at the Tiedemann Branch in Brookpark, Ohio several years ago. When I visited the Eastlake branch back in December, 2024 to have overdraft fees refunded (on a dispute the bank approved), the branch manager suspended my overdraft protection. After filing a complaint with the BBB, all of my overdraft fees were refunded August; however, the bank has not reinstated the overdraft protection on my accounts. When I contacted customer service last night, the staff was unprofessional and the supervisor started yelling at me. It made me wonder if the supervisor I spoke with has any bills to pay herself since she obviously could not relate to my situation when explained to her. I opened the bank account to pay bills. At this time, several of my bills have been returned or rejected including my monthly car payment. I have other bills to pay and am employed with a full time job since leaving Key Bank. I need overdraft protection restored on my account immediately.

Every time I go here there’s an issue I tell myself never again that I’ll go to another KeyBank but find myself going out of convenience of where it’s located only to be disappointed once again by their coldness and unprofessionalism.
