The ATM tells me it can’t can’t complete the transaction, spits out my debit card, and keeps my money. I called customer service immediately because the bank was closed when this occurred and 3 days later, the money still hasn’t been deposited to my account. As soon as my money is deposited I’m closing my account! My bills need to be paid and now I can’t do that because the ATM didn’t give me my cash back!

Nothing they could do in the store but call a hotline and file a dispute. Do yourself a favor and get rid of KeyBank. With the amount of fees you pay for them to hold your money, you’d think they’d have some decent in-person customer service.
