    I've had a business checking account at this Key Bank well before it opened (was at different location, got moved when they opened this one and closed other one). Obviously if I kept it this long I've been satisfied. Today, I had an issue with my account that was 100% my fault (transferred incorrectly). I called, admitted my error and explained the situation to the manager I believe named Jen. She had to do some "stuff", make some calls and eventually fixed it for me. Did not have to do this as it was my fault. I didn't tell her my screw up was because of a personal medical emergency that happened because I didn't want the bank to do anything under "pity", just wanted to see if they could take care of just because. They did and I can't say how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this branch or I think they call center to anyone.

    Easy and friendly to deal with. The manager, Bill went the extra mile for me when Mom passed away and placed an order for free checks so her bills could be paid and it was all handled with one call.

    In November 2016, I visited this branch with my new wife to add her name to my checking account and have a debit card issued in her name. Simple enough task, I thought. But not for this branch. They seemed to sit on it for about 6 weeks before I involved a manager. She followed up, dutifully enough, however I had to answer questions that had already been covered. Then it was another couple weeks before I received a debit card in the mail. Imagine my surprise when I discovered my wife's name misspelled on the card. So, I visited the branch to have them correct their problem. According to their "bank rules", my wife has to come in personally, presumably to provide the same information for the THIRD TIME. How hard could it possibly be to spell a name correctly ? I hate to imagine if I ever have to request a wire transfer from this branch !!!
