- BWBEN WRIGHTFeb 6, 20151.0The employees were pleasant, but the bank will find anyway they can to take your money. This is a major reason we "closed" the account. We tried "closing" the account, and although we signed a form saying the account was closed they left it open and charged us several fees without telling us. We didn't find out until almost a year later that this happened. When we tried to resolve the issue, they wouldn't accept responsibility for leaving the account open and we had to pay all the fees. We are very upset about this to say the least!!
