- HBHailey BaileyJul 8, 20251.0Westlake Branch has two managers, Aura and Mike. Both which are horrible individuals. They talk about all their customers and act fake right in their face. I’m a customer and I’ve heard them while inside one day, them talking about an older woman who just walked out. Aura barely knows what’s she’s doing, gave me nothing but issues during an application process. Had a nasty attitude during every call. I would never bank here again. I’ll take my business to Lakewood where Tina is absolutely amazing.
- CHChris HitesMay 1, 20241.0I got a business line of credit through this bank and have had nothing but problems . I have had the loan for months and have Never received a statement. Finally after four months of late fees, they told me it was a coding issue and will be resolved. I’m not holding my breath. Then I asked to set up auto pay and they originally said I could not because I do not have an account at this bank. So I had to either use snail mail or come in every month to pay. After months of complaining and doing this they finally told me I could do auto pay from my checking account. I filled out the paperwork and gave them a voided check. I wanted to pay More than the monthly fee so I could pay it off sooner. They called me the next day telling me this was not possible. Since I don’t have an account with them, I can only pay the minimum amount. I find this to be truly ridiculous. I have called the customer service department to be passed around like a hockey puck. Still no answer. I will Never do business with this bank again or recommend them.
