- HBHailey BaileyJul 8, 20251.0Westlake Branch has two managers, Aura and Mike. Both which are horrible individuals. They talk about all their customers and act fake right in their face. I’m a customer and I’ve heard them while inside one day, them talking about an older woman who just walked out. Aura barely knows what’s she’s doing, gave me nothing but issues during an application process. Had a nasty attitude during every call. I would never bank here again. I’ll take my business to Lakewood where Tina is absolutely amazing.
