    Interesting interaction with a lady when I only wanted to deposit a check. Name on the receipt is PILLAJY (she has an accent). I just wanted to make a deposit and leave. She pulls up my bank account and she goes on and on about how I shouldn't have a certain amount of money in personal account and I should move it to my savings. I said I only want to deposit this check, nothing more. Moments later she ask me If I have online banking, I tell her yes. She once again starts telling me what to do with my money via online banking and I have to tell her again "I am NOT here for that I just want to make a deposit and that's it". If I specifically ask for financial advice that would be one thing. But I have to tell this lady twice what I'm here for and she should take the hint that I'm not interested in her telling me what to do with my money. I won't say she was rude, but I will say her interacting with me is highly questionable.

    Worst banking service. Almost 4 weeks and still haven’t received our business debit card. Talking to banking specialists and 800 number members for the past few weeks haven’t resolved anything. Then being charged for rush fees which they said they will credit back...I mean we’ve never dealt with a bank this is unprofessional. Only picked this Bank because it was conveniently close to our business but now experience the most inconvenience. Glad we didn’t sigh up with their merchant services for our multiple locations. What a DISASTER!!!! Oh they are really good at apologizing for the inconvenience FYI.
