- SBSteven BornJun 17, 20221.0When I opened the account I specifically asked for no overdrafts and recently after opting out of they’re “overdraft protection” they allowed a transaction to go threw and then charged me 40 bucks for it! They then charged me another 40 fee because I had transferred $0.56 more than was in the account! While on the phone they told me that they have an account that won’t allow overdrafts that they never spoke to me about in the first place and they refuse to refund the fees because they have already made mistakes before and corrected them!
