- JMjohn mayNov 12, 20241.0$10 a month for 9 years. I forgot I had this account. Now I'm overdrawn $12.59 and there is nothing that can be done. The closest branch to me is 100 miles away. I was a Wells Fargo customer that somehow became a flagstar customer. $1080 over 9 years for nothing in return. I guess there is an actual person that goes into the vault each month to count my balance? What is that charge for? Garbage bank and garbage customer service. You'd think they would just write off that $12.59 and call it good after taking $1080 in maintenance fees. Nope, I'll have to visit a branch, pay the overdraft, then close the account. Garbage bank!!!

In addition, OptumRx is listed on the check located at an address in Farmers Branch, Tx. 75234, for what purpose, I can't understand unless as an assuriter of the check. Just a heads up that the name of your bank is now on a scam mailer for PCH...just one of many PCH scams.
