Despite following the payment instructions exactly as provided, I was misled about the card details. The clerk, Mr. Cooper, who processed my application, issued me the wrong card. This is now the second time such an error has occurred. When I raised the issue with the bank manager, at first she said, “it’s okay.” After our full conversation, she told me she would contact me in the afternoon with the correct credit card information, even if it required reapplying. However, I still had to call her myself, and now this is the second day without resolution. Therefore, I am posting this today. As a customer, I expect accuracy, accountability, and proper treatment—not repeated mistakes and delays.

They charged me a $20 overdraft fee due to their own error and still refused to fix it — not even the manager helped. Terrible service and no accountability. I’m closing my account, and I do not recommend anyone to bank with them.

I advise anyone not to use the ATM. There is no real help. Everyone evades responsibility in this bank.
