- DWDean WalkinDec 1, 20251.0On two different occasions, two different tellers grabbed my phone when i presented a note containing my account information. What is management teaching these people? Management then tried to make excuses for them and stonewalled me when i asked for their names. Who knows what else these people will do with your money and information. Stay away from this branch.

Warren couldn't be bothered either. Trust me when Dennis was there it was a lot different. Somebody's going to be getting educational training, you should never treat customers the way you did me last Thursday. Telling me that my attorney's check was bad. I was so upset that I had called my payroll attorney from Suri and Glimstad, and have her call the banker at Talmadge Road. Thank God for Ryan over on Talmadge Road. And thank God for my payroll attorney. What you two put me through last Thursday caused me to go into a complete panic attack. You should be ashamed of yourself. And I'm not afraid to voice this loud and proud. And I also called and lodged a complaint against both of you! Because my attorney's check is good.! TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, BANK OVER ON TALMADGE ROAD, IN TOLEDO OHIO AND YOU'LL THANK ME FOR IT LATER. THE MOST WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE EVER!

I reported the complaint to key bank, they never reached back out to. I had audio recording of her making remarks against my race. She accused me of fraud when I went for help because my account had been comprised. The automatic system flagged the fraud from another party. Bank anywhere but Key.

The branch manager will straight face lie to you, key bank customer service will straight lie to you , the corporate people will straight lie to you !!!!! One tells you one thing, another tells you the exact opposite...So now they played their game, and lost ! I move to a Reputable Bank !
