All of the employees are always very nice & helpful. Bank Teller Sue/Susan is my absolute favorite, she is very kind, helpful & always able to provide assistance /info with any questions or concerns I may have. I actually switched all of my accounts from 5/3 Tallmadge over to Key Bank due to receiving WAY better service & all Banking options, rates & fees. I have read some of the negative reviews on here & honestly feel they are most likely exaggerated due to customers frustration & misunderstanding the VERY effective, necessary & important security measures that Key Bank has in place for OUR/customer protection & I definitely would not let that influence a decision to not choose Key Bank for all your banking needs. If I have to make an appointment just to find out this information, what's the point? Sounds like a "buyer beware" situation. No thanks. It's not worth my time. What are they hiding?
