The rudeness of the teller was so much that I actually grabbed her card to know who I was dealing with. Cynthia was very rude and once she realized I was mad tried to play it off like she wasn’t like that at the beginning. Customer service was terrible. Can’t believe she works as a teller with attitude like that.

I have made several attempts to get my HSA issues resolved. They say they will call back and never do. They have taken fees out of my HSA and not returned them. I got paid last Friday and still do not see money in my HSA account.
