She starts off very nice, speaking about her last name possibly Lithiuian heritage, then becomes super nosy and unprofessional. Wish i had an appointment with the Asian banker Sandy instead. Really had a horrible experience with Anya that was something so simple to help me with turned out to be a struggle. In the end took my business elsewhere.
