- TTTrotrinkOct 6, 20251.0Worst customer service of any bank. I dealt with some young girl that offered no sympathy when I was dealing with my father's estate and was very cold, with no expertise. Called me later to say I could only come in at a certain time during the week, during my work hours and that I would have to make an appointment. My parents banked here forever, but no more. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The woman I dealt with is a liability to the bank and I can't believe any manager would allow her to treat customers that way that she treated me.

They have closed every location but the one downtown and no longer have any ATM’s but the one downtown and doesn’t give cash late at night. With direct deposit they need more than 1 ATM and the one on the north end of town has been broke down for about 2 months now and Im ready to go to another bank not happy with them at all. I have 4 accounts and about ready to switch.
