- SHSteve HaleAug 31, 20251.0I am a Key Bank client, and I consistently experience pushback at this particular branch when trying to conduct business. I have had no issues at several other Key Bank locations. Due to my work, I frequently travel around Southwest Ohio, and I plan to avoid this branch in the future. I would also like to suggest that others consider doing the same. While I am pleased with Key Bank overall, I am frustrated with the service at this branch. In my opinion, this location requires attention and additional customer service training from the corporate home office.

Been trying for over a month to close my account, but takes 5-7 business days and there is always an issue (fee) that starts it over. So far its cost me a couple hundrend dollars 6 calls to customer service still not closed. If you decide to go here you have been warned.
