- MBMaurice BJul 2, 20251.0If I could give this branch and Keybank as a whole a ZERO, I would. Had a family member, who passed, with a Trust account with Keybank and specifically the Solon branch. As the trustee and beneficiary of the trust, I went into the branch with all the appropriate paperwork to close the account. Note, my loved one had trust accounts with several other banks as well and I was able to withdraw draw the funds and close the account the same day or the next day. The branch manager Nancy Herman greeted me in a very terse and boarderline unprofessional manner without any acknowledgement of my loss. I got the distinct impression that she felt I was either trying to scam the bank or she had an issue with my ethnicity. After almost a month of back and forth with Nancy Herman and Keybank legal department, I was finally able to withdraw the money and close the account. Not once was there an apology for the delay or for the loss of my family member who banked there routinely. After reading the online reviews of Keybank and the Solon branch, corporate should look into these issues. The way I was treated and this issue handled was unnecessary!

He was personable and polite smiled the whole time. I never have issues at this branch with rudeness. I have once had an issue with waiting in line but that was probably more my issue than theirs 😂. Keep up the good work!

I mentioned closing my account and she mocked me as if it didn't matter. Ive been to this branch before and she has seen me. This was a horrible experience. I felt like as a business customer my business was not valued. So, I may take my business elsewhere after this is rectified. Horrible
