- JSJuanita StrotherAug 5, 20231.0I went in because I was attempting to load money in another account and the other application declined it and told me to contact my bank. Branch manager (young white man) told me that if I didn't know what I was doing, I should not be using it. It was another young lady who assisted me. But neither Of them fail to look at the account fully and see that there was a block and Hold On it. it was not until I called into the service center this afternoon that I Found Out There was ahold on the account and I have to Go back into the branch and verify my information with my ID again PERIOD this all could have been taken Care of Uber a week ago had he not have had a bias Against Me For whatever reason
