Worst part is we can't even leave because the ATM is frozen with our pin on the screen. Customer service won't answer. Been on hold 15 min. I guess we are camping here tonight.

Branch manager (young white man) told me that if I didn't know what I was doing, I should not be using it. It was another young lady who assisted me. But neither Of them fail to look at the account fully and see that there was a block and Hold On it. it was not until I called into the service center this afternoon that I Found Out There was ahold on the account and I have to Go back into the branch and verify my information with my ID again PERIOD this all could have been taken Care of Uber a week ago had he not have had a bias Against Me For whatever reason
