We went into the branch to add me to my mom's account and close my father's (passed) account. The associates were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Then when, more recently, we needed to make a wire transfer for a larger sum, the branch manager personally walked us through the process and confirmed the process for our time sensitive situation. I have been a long-time member of this bank but believe the service has excelled this year and I have confidence in this company.
