Her team is saying something, she says something else without even listening to them or even understanding what is going on. On top of that she is extremely rude. Not the best bank branch I have seen.

Filed a transaction dispute with the branch 6 days pass I call to follow up only to find out that my dispute was canceled and so was my debit card no new card was ordered and no reason given as to why my dispute was canceled at all. Every time I have talked with this branch the associates are rude and act like you are wasting their time. I will never bank here again and would not recommend to anyone.
