- NGnichole greenwoodMay 23, 20251.0Teller was kind of rude and condescending from the moment I walked in, I was trying to cash a check because my debit card number had been compromised and I was still waiting on the replacement. I’d never had to cash a check before as I’ve always done it through the mobile app or had direct deposit, and any question I had was answered as if the answer was obvious and I was stupid for asking.
- RFRichelle FJun 7, 20241.0Bad experience....ATM ran of money and then gave me a receipt that says incomplete transaction. Keybank still deducted the cash from my bank account. Called customer service right away and had to file a dispute which will take 10 business days!!! Are you kidding. Don't do business with Keybank. I have money in bank but this is unacceptable. On top of that the drive thru teller was so inefficient . If Keybank's technology can't see what happened and refund the cash immediately that is scary. They can care less about their customers. Nice reply...Your missing the point...I SHOULD NOT have to DISPUTE a transaction that happened at a Keybank owned ATM minutes before. It should not take 10+ days to receive MY money because of your erroneous technology.
- AHA HaMay 17, 20171.0Awful bank would give it zero but that's not an option. Opened account 2 years ago was supposed to get $100 for opening checking account never got it. They refunded a overdraft fee to only put out back the next day as a recurring fee they did that the same day account was funded. So long thiefs.
