    Great place, I trust this bank. They helped me refinance years ago and saved me thousands of dollars. I started banking with KeyBank of New York in 1994, I was so happy they were in Ohio.

    I physically went to this bank and had them resend a new card out to me . I waited almost 3 weeks & They never did send me a new card . The clerk lied to me and said he sent one out the day I came in and then sent out an actual card after our conversation to cover his tracks . Situations like this is beyond frustrating I have plans and have to go longer to wait on a card because someone wasn’t doing their job . Confusion at its finest .

    I had already had about enough of this bank when I got there.Today I had the displeasure of meeting Leonaqu she left me standing there for 10 minutes as she talked with her co-worker. After 10 minutes she came back didnt count the cash to me and threw it at me and walked away .Where do they do this at .Ive been a customer for over 12 years goodbye keybank.
