- BWBethany WalkerJul 23, 20252.0I've been with Key Bank a long time and always loved it and never had an issue, until today. Was on my way home from work and stopped by the gas station to get gas. Card was declined even though I had more than enough. I called the key bank customer service and they told me that there was a scheduled maintenance? If it was scheduled why wasn't a notice sent out or given? My review does not have anything to do with this specific location, it's just the closest location to me. I hardly ever have to go into a location for anything. But this is making me consider using a different bank. What if I didn't have enough gas to get home? I would have been stranded there until their "scheduled maintenance" was done.
- CSChristopher ShoreJun 29, 20251.0Their accts are full of hidden fees. 10-12$ for an atm fee on top of the atm fee. They only allow certain autopays to draw you negative. And if its 1$ negative they charge 20$ immediately and any other subsequent charge is also 20$.

So I’m changing the review despite the actions of the contactor below. —— My wife, my ten year old daughter, and I stopped by on the weekend. My family and the bank were left unattended. Eventually, a handyman came into the lobby angrily told us “we’re closed” and “I’m going to ask have to ask you to kindly leave!!!” as though I had my wife and daughter patiently waiting in the lobby as part of a heist because he failed to lock the door.
