- THTerrell hMar 19, 20251.0I called this bank today to get some information on a closed account I had in the past the banker was absolutely no help could not even give me any customer service number to call or anything. Demanded that i come in. I called another key bank immediately & got everything i needed over the phone with a simple security verification. I truly hate that this beach has workers who can’t assist customers such a great location but the bankers here are always bland & seem to not like there jobs

He said yes. I paid cash and looking on line the next day and calling customer service, I was told payments by cash still need 3 days to process.
