I highly recommend Dale, this branch, and the bank as a whole. As an estate planning, probate, and elder law attorney, I work with many banks and financial institutions on behalf of my clients. I can tell you from experience: they are not all created equal. Too often, even slightly out-of-the-ordinary requests are met with an immediate “no,” or are delayed for weeks while being pushed through a legal department that does not care how long something takes. Dale is the complete opposite. He’s quick, responsive, approachable, and consistently goes the extra mile. Once he gives his word, he stands by it. He’s become my go-to banking partner because he makes things easy, even when I bring him unusual or complex requests. I now recommend Dale and First National Bank to all my clients—whether they need everyday banking, a business loan, or an estate account. If you want a bank that truly values relationships and solutions, Dale and his team at First National Bank are an excellent choice.

Dale Novotny (manager) and his team are incredibly accommodating and have helped me on numerous occasions to safely but quickly manage the movement of funds to allow for timely closings.
