- DCDave CatlinNov 29, 20251.0I moved here from Pennsylvania, I only had $300 in a savings account that I had in Pennsylvania at Northwest I went to the branch in North ridgeville to close my account and withdraw my $300 and I've never been so insulted in my life she looked at me like I was a thief and refused to let me close my account questioning me on the day that I started the account. I had no idea of the 25 mile road they had from your home branch and they didn't inform me of this either they just refused to wait on me I was actually surprised if they didn't secretly call the police.
