Sadly after a minor $40 Oversight my 10 year account has been closed with apparently no processes or escalations with KeyBank other than awwee tooo bad. Welp complete makeover as I explore my banking options. One of the managers at this location sadly not proactive in any approach to resolution other than a loss of business.
